We have a two-room apartment. We'd like to redesign the room to the preschool boy. At the same time, you want to have a full double bed, a desk for a computer with a large flat monitor (parents regularly out of the house), a kitchen to make it comfortable with friends: if not with the couch-blood for guests, at least a big table and full chairs of 5-6 people. In one of the rooms, we think we're gonna leave her and make an adult bedroom? Or to dismantle and set up a baby in here?

Young landlords tend to redesign their own possessions to serve their needs than older couples. The owner of this property is lucky, thinks the architect of Olga Yegupova is, if the walls between the rooms in this apartment are partitions and not containing walls.
So they can be wrapped/transported and developed to be more harmoniously shaped by the interior of a small apartment.
The complexity of designing the interior of small apartments is a small area of space where it is difficult to provide the necessary comfort areas. The Architectator of Olga Egupova has been able to find a place for both the canvass and the parent bedroom, the child and the wardrobe in each proposed option.
Option 1
In the first version, the bedroom is separated from the candle-host partition of 140 cm. If the owner of the apartment wants to see the bedroom area of a more isolated room, the project author recommends that the door (e.g. from the mattt glass) be installed and the space over the partition be glazed. The glazing will not only decorate the interior of the bedroom and hall, but also provide additional lighting in the area of the improvised living room.
Option 2
This decision was made by the love of the owner of the apartment to house plants. High plants in cadcas were living in a bedroom outside the window, plants in containers were built in a row, separating the place for sleep and the place for work/ Tv-zone. It's a rather unusual and very modern reception.
